Growth Strategy
All servicesKnow where to focus your growth efforts.
We review your business performance and available data, then rank opportunities by expected impact and the work involved. You leave with clear priorities, an action plan and a way to measure progress.
Plenty of ideas. A clear place to start.
- You are working across many channels and initiatives, and are unsure which deserve more time and budget.
- You increase spending or run more promotions, but returns do not improve as expected.
- Each team has a different explanation of what is holding growth back, and you need a decision based on data.
- You have a clear goal, and need to define what it takes to reach it.
What we review depends on how your business works.
Ecommerce & quick commerce
We review customer acquisition, repeat purchases and order value after discounts, returns and costs. We also look at what could stop customers completing an order, such as product availability or the buying experience.
SaaS
We set priorities for reaching buyers: where to focus effort and budget, and what to improve or test. If you need to define your audience, positioning and message, we start with SaaS GTM.
About SaaS GTMReal estate
Lead sources, quality, volume and cost, and what to change in targeting, offer or enquiry form. Our scope ends when leads are delivered to your team.
Sometimes the next step is a test or a missing piece of information.
We review the evidence for each opportunity, its expected impact, and the effort and resources involved. Where the picture is unclear, we may need measurement or a test before committing more budget.
A plan you can work from.
We agree the deliverables based on the project scope and the data available for review.
A clear view of where you are
The goal, the starting point, likely constraints, and what the data supports versus what we do not know yet.
Priorities and the reasons behind them
What to start with, what to postpone and why, with impact, effort and dependencies estimated as far as the information allows.
Action and test plan
The proposed steps, who owns each, what they need to start, and the agreed order and timing.
A clear way to review progress
What we measure, where the data comes from, when we review results, and how we decide to continue, adjust or stop work on an idea.
From planning to action.
Your team can deliver the plan, or we agree which parts Nmow takes on. We make responsibilities and resources clear, and review results to update priorities.
Campaign management, content production and retention journeys are not automatically part of the strategy; each is scoped separately.
Start with your goal and the information you have.
- What you want to improve and the time available.
- Current results and their sources: orders or leads, spending and related costs.
- What you have tried and what happened.
- The team, budget and tools available, and any constraints on implementation.
You do not need to prepare everything before the intro call. We agree what information and access are needed before the review starts.
Questions about Growth Strategy
How is it different from SaaS GTM?
Growth Strategy identifies constraints, sets priorities and allocates resources within the agreed scope. SaaS GTM focuses on a product’s audience, positioning, message and route to buyers. We start with the service you need, without repeating work.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No. If we build an estimate, we explain its assumptions and the data behind it. We use it to make decisions and review it against results; it is not a guarantee.
What if the data is incomplete?
We explain what can and cannot be concluded and what needs measuring. If that requires tracking or tool setup, we agree its scope before doing it.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
We set the duration and fees once we agree the problem, the outputs and the data available, and confirm the scope before starting.
Can we start with one specific problem?
Yes. We can focus on an issue such as acquisition cost, repeat purchases or lead quality, depending on your sector. We do not have to review every part of the business at once.
Can you implement the strategy?
We can take on work covered by our services within an agreed scope, or hand the plan to your team. We make responsibilities clear from the start.
What decision do you need to make now?
Tell us your goal, what you have tried, and what makes the next step hard to choose.
