01What we collect

• What you submit in the booking form: name, email, company, website, the service you are interested in, a description of your situation, and a budget range if you choose one.
• Appointment details when you book through Cal.com, such as the call time and your time zone.
• Visit data: pages viewed, referrer, browser type and approximate country. We store a random identifier in your browser to count visits, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

02How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule the call and prepare a scope of work.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• We do not sell your personal data or use it for purposes other than those it was collected for.

03Legal basis

We process form data based on the consent you give when submitting it, and visit data based on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, without prejudice to your rights.

04Who we share it with

Only service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Cal.com for scheduling, and our hosting provider. Some data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia; we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose data when a competent authority requires it under the law.

05Retention

We keep data for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.

06Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email saad@nmow.ai. We reply within 30 days.

07Security

Data is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access is limited to the people on our team who need it.
