The Problem

Most MENA businesses are invisible to the agents that now decide who gets recommended.

01

The discovery layer shifted

The buyer's first move used to be a Google search. Increasingly, it's a prompt to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Gemini. “Find me the best [category] in [city] under [budget].”The agent reads the web, weighs sources, and returns three to five options. Whoever gets cited gets considered. Whoever doesn't, doesn't exist.

The mechanics of being chosen are now technical, not editorial. AI agents read structured data, not marketing copy. They navigate the DOM, not the visual design. They cite sites with verifiable freshness signals and credible entity authority, not the loudest brand. A site that ranks #1 on Google can score zero on agent-readiness, and increasingly, that's the score that determines whether buyers ever see you.

02

No one is measuring it properly

Most MENA businesses don't know where they stand. There's no equivalent of a Lighthouse score for agent-readiness. Most agencies offering “GEO” services run a citation check and prescribe a few schema additions. That's table stakes, not diagnosis.

The Agent-Readiness Audit is the diagnosis.

Deliverables

A scored dataset, a written report, and a working session, all delivered in four weeks.

01

The MAGNET-scored dataset

Your site assessed against the full MAGNET framework: 46 items across seven dimensions, each scored on the 0 to 3 scale, with evidence for every score. Delivered as a structured dataset you can reference, share with your team, and re-run against in future audits.
02

The written report

A bilingual (English plus Arabic on request) PDF deliverable covering: your overall MAGNET score and band, per-dimension breakdown, the items that matter most for your business profile, evidence for every finding, and a prioritized remediation backlog with effort and impact estimates per item.
03

The competitive view

Up to five named competitors scored against the same framework. Where you lead, where they lead, what's table stakes in your category, and what would make you the cited option in agent responses.
04

The presentation walkthrough

A 90-minute working session with your team, walking through findings, answering questions, and aligning on which remediations to prioritize. Recorded and shared.
05

The 90-day pathway

A clear recommendation on next steps: whether the gaps warrant an Implementation engagement, an Agentic Growth Retainer, both, or neither. We name a path even when that path doesn't lead to selling you another engagement.
Process

Four weeks, four phases, no surprises.

Week 01

Discovery

Kickoff call to align on business profile, named competitors, query universe (the prompts your buyers are actually asking AI agents), and target markets. We confirm scope and lock the engagement.
Week 02

Detection

Automated and manual scoring across all 46 MAGNET items. Site-wide crawl, sample selection across page types, structured data validation, semantic markup audit, agent-crawler permission review, freshness audit, entity authority research across English and Arabic sources, agentic conversion capability review.
Week 03

Analysis

Per-dimension scoring, veto-check application, competitive scoring, remediation prioritization. Findings drafted and internally reviewed by senior partner: every audit ships under a partner's name and review.
Week 04

Delivery

Final report, dataset, and 90-minute walkthrough session with your team.

The timeline is fixed. We don't extend audits because we sell the next engagement separately and have no incentive to drag scope. Two-week expedite is available for time-sensitive engagements at a defined adjustment.

Fit

The audit is right for you if any of these are true.

You should run this if

  • You're seeing brand-name competitors cited in AI assistant responses while you're absent.
  • You're investing in SEO or paid media but suspect the discovery layer is shifting underneath you.
  • You're launching into a new MENA market and want to know what agentic discovery looks like there before committing budget.
  • You're preparing for a fundraise and want a defensible third-party assessment of your discovery moat.
  • Your engineering team is asking what to build for agents and you don't have a prioritized list.

Skip this if

  • Your site is in active redesign or replatform: wait until launch.
  • Your discovery problem is fundamentally a paid-media problem: our Paid Ads or Growth Strategy services are a better fit.
Pathway

Three pathways. We recommend the right one for you, even when it is "do nothing more."

The recommendation is delivered in the audit. There is no upsell pressure during the engagement.

Pricing

Transparent, scoped, fixed.

Scoped per engagementstarting

Engagement structure and tier are walked through during your consultation.

The starting price covers a single market, single language, smaller query universe, and standard four-week delivery. Default scope (most common) is single market with English plus Arabic, 100 to 200 queries, three to five competitors. Larger scope (multi-market, multi-vertical, expedite, regulated industries) lands at the upper end. Repeat audits for existing clients carry a refresh discount.

FAQ

Common questions.

SEO audits measure how a site ranks in search engine results. This audit measures whether AI agents can discover, parse, trust, and transact with your site. The two overlap in places (both care about page speed, both care about structured data) but the optimization targets are different. A site can rank #1 on Google and score in the Frictional band on agent-readiness.
No. The audit is a complete, standalone deliverable. Many audited clients choose to move into Implementation; others take the report to their internal team or to a development partner. Either is fine. Pricing for Implementation is scoped from your specific audit findings, not pushed during the audit itself.
Yes. The audit deliverable is built to be executable by competent engineering: every item has remediation guidance, effort estimate, and acceptance criteria. We're happy to do the implementation; we're equally happy to hand the backlog to your team and re-audit when they're done.
Yes. Bilingual coherence, Arabic Wikipedia entity presence, Arabic-language structured data, and bilingual numerical consistency are scored items. The audit deliverable can be produced bilingually on request.
Paid-media performance, organic search ranking, social media presence, conversion-rate optimization, and operational fundamentals like fulfillment quality. Those matter for business outcomes, they're outside the audit's scope and handled by other Nmow services.
The audit is most valuable on a stable production site. If you're mid-redesign or about to replatform, we recommend waiting until the new site is live for at least 30 days before auditing, otherwise the findings will be obsolete by the time you act on them.
Book a free consultation. We confirm fit, scope, and pricing in 30 to 45 minutes. If we proceed, you receive a one-page engagement letter, pay 50% to start, and we kick off within 5 business days. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
Every audit is reviewed and signed by a Nmow partner. The detection work uses our automated scoring infrastructure (built on the MAGNET framework); the analysis, prioritization, and recommendations are done by senior team members under partner review. No junior-led audits, ever.
