Find out what AI agents see when they look at your business.
A four-week diagnostic that scores your site against the MAGNET framework, identifies the highest-impact gaps, and hands you a prioritized remediation plan.
Most MENA businesses are invisible to the agents that now decide who gets recommended.
The discovery layer shifted
The buyer's first move used to be a Google search. Increasingly, it's a prompt to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Gemini. “Find me the best [category] in [city] under [budget].”The agent reads the web, weighs sources, and returns three to five options. Whoever gets cited gets considered. Whoever doesn't, doesn't exist.
The mechanics of being chosen are now technical, not editorial. AI agents read structured data, not marketing copy. They navigate the DOM, not the visual design. They cite sites with verifiable freshness signals and credible entity authority, not the loudest brand. A site that ranks #1 on Google can score zero on agent-readiness, and increasingly, that's the score that determines whether buyers ever see you.
No one is measuring it properly
Most MENA businesses don't know where they stand. There's no equivalent of a Lighthouse score for agent-readiness. Most agencies offering “GEO” services run a citation check and prescribe a few schema additions. That's table stakes, not diagnosis.
The Agent-Readiness Audit is the diagnosis.

Delivery
The timeline is fixed. We don't extend audits because we sell the next engagement separately and have no incentive to drag scope. Two-week expedite is available for time-sensitive engagements at a defined adjustment.
Seven dimensions of agent-readiness.
46 items, 7 dimensions. Each dimension scored against multiple items. The full framework is documented on our methodology page.
Structured Data
Can agents retrieve deterministic facts about your business and your offerings without inferring from prose?
Semantic & Accessible Markup
Can vision-based agents click the right elements and complete workflows without hallucinating element function?
Content Extractability
When an LLM cites your content, will the citation hold up to scrutiny?
Crawler & Agent Connectivity
Can the agents that want to read your site actually reach it?
Freshness Signals
Does your timestamp evidence match reality?
Entity Authority
What evidence of credibility does an LLM find when weighing whether to cite you?
Agentic Conversion / Transactability
Can an agent complete your primary conversion on a buyer’s behalf, end-to-end?
The audit is right for you if any of these are true.
You should run this if
- You're seeing brand-name competitors cited in AI assistant responses while you're absent.
- You're investing in SEO or paid media but suspect the discovery layer is shifting underneath you.
- You're launching into a new MENA market and want to know what agentic discovery looks like there before committing budget.
- You're preparing for a fundraise and want a defensible third-party assessment of your discovery moat.
- Your engineering team is asking what to build for agents and you don't have a prioritized list.
Skip this if
- Your site is in active redesign or replatform: wait until launch.
- Your discovery problem is fundamentally a paid-media problem: our Paid Ads or Growth Strategy services are a better fit.
Three pathways. We recommend the right one for you, even when it is "do nothing more."
Implementation
For sites in the Frictional or Legacy-Optimized bands (most first-time audits land here), the highest-leverage next step is an Agent-Readiness Implementation engagement. A separate three-month project that executes against the audit's backlog. Schema deployed, ARIA labeling fixed, llms.txt published, entity authority remediated.
Agentic Growth Retainer
For sites that score in the Agent-Friendly or Agent-Native bands, the work shifts from "fix the foundation" to "compete on the frontier." A monthly retainer covering ongoing optimization, citation monitoring, content engineering for AI answers, and quarterly re-audits.
No further engagement needed
For sites already scoring 90+, we say so. The audit gave you the third-party assessment you needed; further engagement would be optimizing margins. We'd rather you come back when something material changes than pay us for incremental work.
The recommendation is delivered in the audit. There is no upsell pressure during the engagement.
Transparent, scoped, fixed.
Engagement structure and tier are walked through during your consultation.
The starting price covers a single market, single language, smaller query universe, and standard four-week delivery. Default scope (most common) is single market with English plus Arabic, 100 to 200 queries, three to five competitors. Larger scope (multi-market, multi-vertical, expedite, regulated industries) lands at the upper end. Repeat audits for existing clients carry a refresh discount.
The full tier breakdown and adjustments are walked through during your consultation. The audit is a complete, standalone deliverable.
